A striking and enthusiastic ice cream start up determined to scoop their fully free-from product onto the market had a production nightmare getting tubs ready to put the first batch of product in.

Working with the team in the crucial crisis stages, a concept was created to aleviate the critical issue of lack of tubs by introducing temporary packaging, pivoting the emergency into a customer experience enhancing opportunity.

By opting to use stickered tubs rather than direct to packaging printing, a fast alternative was introduced and in branding the emergency print run instead as an exclusive first batch, not a drop of the newly produced product was missed.
